Privacy policy

This Policy aims to control, review, protect, and retain to ensure prevention of loss, security, and confidentiality of any Asset coming in or going out of the organisation. It aims to regulate and commit to comply with ISO 27001 (ISMS – Information Security Management System) in accordance with the rules of, Australian Export Controls, Australian Import Controls, U.S. Export Controls and at least as regulated by the Owner of the asset and followed by the regulation of Quality Manager/ Operations Manager at Stahl Metall Pty. Ltd. This Policy is applied to the entire ISMS scope, i.e., to all types of information, regardless of the form – paper or electronic documents, applications and databases, people's knowledge, etc., and is applicable for all the employees of Stahl Metall Pty Ltd, all the stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and all others have been employed on various terms or business before.

All the employees of Stahl Metall as well as relevant associates shall commit in maintaining confidentiality of Information in accordance with organisations policies. This Policy is applicable to entire organisations activities to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, availability of information, communication technology assets, and environment all regulated as per PC13-Information Classification. The Asset Owners, Quality Manager and Operations Manager of Stahl Metall Pty Ltd shall define level of confidentiality. The Asset Owner shall communicate the confidentiality level to the users before any further action and all the users shall ensure, and maintain the confidentiality of an asset. All the users of the asset are accountable in maintaining the confidentiality relevant to their field in compliance to the Quality and Information Management systems.

All the applicable members of the confidential information shall treat any information received during the execution as CONFIDENTIAL, and will not disclose such information to third persons, except in accordance with as approved and as acknowledged in the documents of Stahl Metall. Use of any confidential information is limited to the execution of any as specified in the Contract and is restricted especially for any information received in writing or orally, whether technical, business, legal, organisational, personal or any other information that could result in damage to Stahl Metall Pty Ltd. Disclosure of information to unauthorized persons, before any written disclosure or prior notice from Asset Owner/ Quality Manager/ Operations Manager, regardless of whether the information is classified as confidential or not is a breach and is legally actioned.

All the applicable users of an asset shall handle the confidential information in accordance with handling procedure as prescribed, should the users be required to cooperate with third persons in the execution of a Contract, sharing of any confidential information without previous written consent is prohibited and should any applicable member of this policy be compelled by a decision of any court in jurisdiction over the dispute, or by any other competent judicial, government or regulatory body, or should be legally obliged to disclose any confidential information, an immediate notice is given to the Asset Owner before any further action.

Violation of any obligations under this policy are immediately reported upon learning of such violation notify. Obligations of confidentiality under this Confidentiality Policy remain in force even after expiration of a Contract and all the users are declared to indemnify Stahl Metall Pty Ltd for any damage caused by the disclosure of confidential information.
